📌 Station — To The Ischial Spines
- 0 = engaged, at the spines
- Negative (-1, -2) = ABOVE the spines
- Positive (+1, +2) = BELOW, descending well
📌 Lie — Spine To Spine
- Longitudinal / vertex — parallel, normal
- Transverse — shoulder first, needs a C-section
🩺 Presentation — What Comes First
- Cephalic / vertex — the head. Most common and best.
- Most common positions: ROA and LOA
- Breech — buttocks or feet first
- Shoulder — cannot deliver vaginally
